Vatuwaqa Industrial Engineering Limited (VIEL) has over 45 years experience in providing specialized services to local and international clients, based upon our expertise in machining, welding, fabrication works and vessel repairs, located at our 110 tonne slipway at Walu Bay. Provides best engineering facilities, which are amongst the largest and best-equipped in the Central Division, Suva, Fiji.

A 100% locally-owned company, VIEL has invested in a 6000 tonne, Floating Dry Dock, presently moored at the Port of Lautoka, Fiji With its 6000 tonne capacity, the Floating Dry Dock can accommodate 2 large fishing vessels at the same time, or a single large cargo ship. It provides complete dry-docking and repair services for ships in order to meet MSAF and International Regulatory Requirements for ship maintenance and sea worthiness.
